Our signature service
Full Groom
Our Full Groom service is designed to leave your dog looking beautiful, feeling comfortable and maintaining a healthy coat. Every Full Groom begins with a thorough assessment of your dog's coat, skin condition and any individual requirements, and we take the time to recommend a style that suits both your dog's breed and lifestyle.
What's included
- Full brush out and coat preparation
- At least two washes using professional products chosen for your dog's coat type
- Thorough dry
- Nail clipping and ear cleaning
- Professional styling using clipping, scissoring and hand finishing where appropriate
It's particularly popular with Cockapoos, Cocker Spaniels, Labradoodles and other poodle crosses. For most breeds, we recommend a Full Groom every 6 to 8 weeks.
Between full grooms
Bath & Tidy
Sometimes your dog doesn't need a complete groom but could benefit from a refresh between appointments. Our Bath and Tidy includes a thorough brush out, double shampoo, conditioning treatment, blow dry and light trimming around the eyes, feet and hygiene areas where required.
For many breeds, we recommend a Bath and Tidy every four weeks alongside a Full Groom every six to eight weeks.
Every dog welcome
Nervous Dogs & First Visits
We welcome dogs of all breeds, ages and temperaments, including nervous dogs and those needing a little extra reassurance. We work at your dog's pace and never rush an appointment.
Nervous dogs and first-time visitors can also book a meet and greet before their first groom, so they can get to know the salon and us before any grooming takes place.
Our promise to every dog
We never leave dogs unattended during grooming and always use appropriate safety equipment. We are trained in animal first aid and will always prioritise your dog's welfare above completing a groom. Pricing depends on breed, size and coat condition, and we'll always discuss costs with you first.
