Our signature service
Full Groom
Our Full Groom service is designed to leave your dog looking beautiful, feeling comfortable and maintaining a healthy coat. Every Full Groom begins with a thorough assessment of your dog's coat, skin condition and any individual requirements, and we take the time to recommend a style that suits both your dog's breed and lifestyle.
The appointment includes a full brush out and coat preparation, at least two washes using professional products chosen for their coat type, a thorough dry, nail clipping, ear cleaning and professional styling using clipping, scissoring and hand finishing where appropriate.
It's particularly popular with Cockapoos, Cocker Spaniels, Labradoodles and other poodle crosses. For most breeds, we recommend a Full Groom every 6 to 8 weeks.
SuitsCockapoos, Cocker Spaniels, Labradoodles, poodle crosses and any coat that needs regular shaping.
Between full grooms
Bath & Tidy
Sometimes your dog doesn't need a complete groom but could benefit from a refresh between appointments. Our Bath and Tidy includes a thorough brush out, double shampoo, conditioning treatment, blow dry and light trimming around the eyes, feet and hygiene areas where required.
For many breeds, we recommend a Bath and Tidy every four weeks alongside a Full Groom every six to eight weeks.
SuitsDogs between full grooms, and short-coated breeds that need a freshen up rather than a restyle.

Specialist technique
Hand Stripping
Hand stripping is a specialist grooming technique used for suitable wire-coated breeds, including many Terriers and Cocker Spaniels.
Unlike clipping, which cuts the coat, hand stripping removes dead coat by hand, helping maintain the correct texture, colour and weather-resistant qualities of the coat.
SuitsSuitable wire-coated breeds, including many Terriers and Cocker Spaniels. A coat assessment comes first.

Pearly Puppy Pampers
Puppy Grooming
A puppy's first grooming experiences can shape how they feel about grooming for the rest of their life. Our Pearly Puppy Pampers programme gently introduces puppies to grooming in a calm, positive and supportive way.
Rather than aiming for a perfect groom straight away, these early appointments help puppies become comfortable with handling, brushing, bathing, drying and the sights and sounds of the salon.
SuitsPuppies who have finished their vaccinations, ideally before habits around grooming have formed.
Healthy paws
Pearly Paw-dicure
Healthy paws play an important role in your dog's comfort and mobility. The treatment includes nail trimming, careful removal of excess fur from between the paw pads and a nourishing paw balm to keep pads moisturised and protected.
It can be booked on its own or added to any grooming appointment, and is particularly helpful for older dogs, dogs who walk on hard surfaces and breeds prone to hair growth between the pads.
SuitsOlder dogs, dogs who walk mostly on hard ground, and breeds with fur that grows between the pads.

Ultrasound Teeth Cleaning
This non-invasive, motion-free treatment helps soften plaque and tartar build-up without scraping or brushing. The process is gentle, quiet and designed to be a positive experience for your dog.
Regular treatments can help support oral health, fresher breath and improved dental hygiene as part of your dog's ongoing care routine.
SuitsDogs who would benefit from regular dental care as part of their grooming routine.
Our promise to every dog
We never leave dogs unattended during grooming and always use appropriate safety equipment. We are trained in animal first aid and will always prioritise your dog's welfare above completing a groom. Pricing depends on breed, size and coat condition, and we'll always discuss costs with you first.
