A puppy's first grooming experiences can shape how they feel about grooming for the rest of their life. Our puppy programme gently introduces puppies to grooming in a calm, positive and supportive way.
What your puppy will experience
A Gentle Introduction
Rather than aiming for a perfect groom straight away, these early appointments help puppies become comfortable with handling, brushing, bathing, drying and the sights and sounds of the salon. We work at your puppy's pace, using positive reinforcement and plenty of encouragement.
Each visit builds on the last, so by the time your puppy is ready for a full groom, the salon already feels like a familiar, happy place.

When Can Puppies Start?
After vaccinations
- Puppies can begin attending once they have completed their vaccinations, and we strongly recommend starting as early as possible.
Meet and greet
- Nervous dogs and first-time visitors can book a meet and greet before their first groom, so the salon feels familiar from day one.

- We never rush. Short, positive sessions build confidence far better than one long, overwhelming appointment.
